  • Establish your home search criteria
  • View homes that fit your criteria
  • Receive immediate updates when new homes hit the market within your criteria via email/phone through the MLS

Presenting an Offer

  • Research the value of your prospective home
  • Prepare a good faith estimate for closing costs, down payment, and monthly payments
  • Discuss offer strategies
  • Obtain pertinent information needed prior to writing the offer
  • Write the offer
  • Present contract to the listing agent or seller
  • Handle counter-offers, rejections, or negotiations

Coordinating Pre-Settlement Activities

  • Procure home inspection, radon test, etc
  • Receive HOA or condo documents for your review
  • Choose title company to conduct settlement and title search
  • Acquire full financing commitment including appraisal from your mortgage company
  • Arrange termite inspection
  • Acquire location survey
  • Arrange for home owner’s insurance
  • Place utilities in your name
  • Schedule movers

Settling on Your Home

  • Conduct pre-settlement walk through
  • Gather items needed for settlement
  • Personally attend settlement on your new home
